Around the World

God wants his followers to share His good news with others. The way we act and speak should be different from those around, people should see Jesus in us through the way we are. This series will encourage children not to hide their “light” but to let it shine out and change the world around them.
The Around the World teaching series over 4 weeks which aims to help children discover that God wants us to take His “Good News” to our friends, families and to the whole world! Encouraging them to make a difference in their world and to follow Jesus no matter what the cost!
Memory verse
Baptise them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach them to obey everything that I have told you. You can be sure that I will be with you always.
Need 2 Know
Each lesson unpacks the ‘Need 2 know’ – which is the one thing that we want the children to know and understand from each lesson. The ‘Need 2 Knows’ for Around the World are:
1. I will make a difference.
2. I will share Jesus with the world.
3. I will pray for different parts of the world.
4. I will follow Jesus no matter the cost.
